Refunds & Returns Policy
Each Race Essence steering wheel is made to order and often customized to your specifications. As such, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once your order has been placed and entered into production. Please be sure of your selection before purchasing.
To ensure proper fitment, we require you to submit:
- A clear photo of your actual OEM steering wheel
- Your vehicle’s year, make, model, and trim
This information is critical to verify compatibility. If incorrect vehicle details or stock/internet images are submitted and a mismatch occurs, a 40% restocking fee will apply for any exchange.
Please note: Race Essence thoroughly inspects every steering wheel before shipment. We document each product with high-resolution photographs and a video recording to verify its condition at the time of departure. This protects both parties from disputes or false claims.
If you believe there is an issue with your steering wheel upon arrival, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review your case using our pre-shipment documentation.
